Starting with this element of truth, let us begin to make the time of eating and drinking a more meaningful experience, with less stress and strife. Let us add some class to the mealtime -- good conversation, good and wholesome food, and good table service. Yes, put on the cloth table cover if you have one. Or, put out the best placemats. Decorate the table service with your own beautifully, hand crafted napkin ring complete with its own history of sports events or lasting memories. Cloth napkins are not necessary; paper napkins or paper towel will do just fine! It is the "little extra mile" that will make the place setting look festive.

Start with what you can do easily and without much stress; then, work your way up the food chain from there.
